Meal Support

Meal Support 1:1 or in our community group

Service Description

Is mealtime a source of stress or anxiety? Do you find it difficult to create space for mealtime or challenging to have food variety? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you could benefit from a weekly meal support group. This group is appropriate for adults who are working with a Registered Dietitian, Therapist, and/or are well into your recovery. This free meal support group will meet on Mondays where members can expect support and connection through a shared meal together. By excluding any focus on weight, calories, or appearance, this group will encourage an increased level of trust around food and space for pleasant conversation. The group is ‘BYOF’ (bring your own food) and will allow space for journaling and resource before and after eating. We look forward to sharing a meal with you!
